Since 2022 Ekaterine Janashia is a Tax professional/Consultant in the Andersen Georgia Tax office, where she is focused on both the taxation of digital transactions/assets and financial instruments, as well as other important tax issues. Ekaterine has a broad experience in tax dispute resolution services across different industries, which includes analyzing tax dispute cases; elaborating arguments and preparing tax claims; handling tax disputes within the Georgia Ministry of Finance system as well as in Georgian courts.

Before joining Andersen, Ekaterine gathered a heap of experience in the system of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia. For some years she was a Lawyer at the legal department of the Revenue Service of Georgia (GRS). And she worked at the dispute resolution council of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia.  She also served as a junior specialist at Georgian law firms. While studying at universities, she participated in various activities such as national and international pieces of training, moot courts, and other legal events.

In addition, Ekaterine is a member of the Mediators Association of Georgia and an acting mediator.
