Since 2023 Mariam Machkhoshvili is a Senior Tax Advisor at Andersen Georgia. From May 2022 till September 2023 Mariam has been working at international auditing company, Ecovis Georgia as a Senior Tax Consultant. She has been involved in and leading the tax audit and giving tax consultations to the clients. From July 2019 till May 2022, she has been working at another international auditing company, Nexia Georgia, in tax department. She has been involved in tax projects around different fields of business.

While working at international auditing firms, Mariam also gathered theoretical knowledge through training in tax, customs and international tax legislation.
