Job Summary:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, processes, and systems. This position will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to develop and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and workshops with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements.
- Analyze data and information to identify business problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Develop business cases, project plans, and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making.
- Facilitate and participate in requirements gathering and solution design sessions.
- Write clear and concise business requirements documents, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet business needs and requirements.
- Provide training and support to business stakeholders on new or updated systems and processes.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize business processes and increase efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experience working with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in English language; good knowledge of Russian is a plus.
