Tax Manager

Job Summary:

The Tax Manager will be responsible for managing tax-related tasks, including compliance, planning, and reporting. This position will report to the senior management team and work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the preparation and filing of tax returns for the client-organizations.
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize the organization’s tax liability.
  • Research and interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
  • Oversee tax audits and other tax-related inquiries from regulatory agencies.
  • Coordinate and communicate tax-related information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assisting clients with tax disputes.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in legal, accounting or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a tax or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
  • Experience in tax planning and advisory.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Advanced degree in tax, accounting, or related field is a plus.
  • Respective tax, accounting and finances related courses certification is a plus.
