Nino Mesablishvili is a Head of People Advisory and HR Services at Andersen Georgia. She has more than 15 years of professional experience in HR field in various leading companies of different sectors, including hospitality. Throughout her career, she has successfully led HR teams at renowned companies such as Tegeta Motors, Borjomi Mineral Water Company LLC, and Hilton Batumi. Moreover, Nino held the esteemed position of Director of Operations at Hilton Batumi and served as the general manager at Hilton Garden Inn Chavchavadze. Notably, she has contributed to the successful opening of two hotels in Batumi and Tbilisi while actively participating in strategic and operational HR endeavors. Furthermore, Nino has also gathered valuable expertise while serving as an Organizational and Business Director at CMC (Construction Management & Consulting).

In addition to her professional achievements, Nino Mesablishvili has also served as a lecturer in HR and business communication at prestigious institutions. She imparted her knowledge and expertise to students at Caucasus University in both Tbilisi and Batumi, as well as at Batumi State University, with a particular focus on imparting her valuable insights to students studying Tourism.

Since 2020 Nino is partially involved in HR consulting, mostly in Strategic HR, Recruitment, and HR Administration.

In the hospitality sector, Nino has shown exceptional leadership in heading the HR departments. She actively contributed to crafting HR strategies and successfully implementing them. Her expertise also lies in designing various motivational programs within the hotel, including non-financial incentives and bonus schemes for managers and team members. Her accomplishments have been widely recognized, earning her several esteemed awards in the HILTON EMEA region, due to some creative and successfully implemented projects and outstanding results in HR (Leadership Index, Turnover Rate, Retention and etc.).
